Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we process on OranAnalizTV (iddaaorananalizi.com), for what purpose, and on what legal basis. Only systems that are actually used on the platform are described here.

1. Data we process

Account data. When registering, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. Your password is not stored in plain text on our server; only an irreversible hash generated using the argon2id algorithm is stored. No one, including system administrators, can read your password.

Membership data. Your membership plan, start and end dates, membership history, and administrative notes, if any.

Payment request data. Payments via credit card are not accepted on the site, and card details are not collected at any stage. Payments are made via bank transfer/EFT; only the record of the payment request you submitted and, if available, the receipt description are stored in the system.

Contact form data. When you fill out the form, your name, email, optional phone number, and message text are recorded and displayed in the inbox of the management panel.

Session data. When you log in, an encrypted session cookie is set on your browser. In addition, your last login date is recorded.

Notification subscription. If you allow browser notifications, the subscription endpoint URL and encryption keys generated by your browser, along with technical status information regarding notification delivery, are stored. You can revoke this permission at any time from your browser settings.

Technical logs. Our server and the security layer in front of it maintain standard web server logs (IP address, date, requested URL, browser information). These logs are for security and diagnostic purposes.

• To manage your membership and VIP content access
• To evaluate your payment request and activate your membership
• To respond to your inquiries
• To send notifications if you have granted permission
• For security, abuse detection, and diagnostics
• To fulfill our legal obligations

3. Cookies and analytics

Essential session cookies, Google Analytics 4 tracking, and the Google AdSense advertising system are used on the site. For details, please see the Cookie Policy page.

4. Parties with whom data is shared

We do not sell your personal data or transfer it to third parties for marketing purposes. The following providers are engaged to operate the service:

• Google (Analytics and AdSense) — visit statistics and ad serving.
• Our hosting and content delivery provider — hosting and securing the website.
• Your browser's notification service — only if you have granted notification permission, to deliver notifications to your device.

We also receive match results from a sports data provider and certain content drafts from an artificial intelligence service. No user personal data is sent to these two services; only match/news information is processed.

5. Retention period

Your account and membership data are retained for as long as your account remains open. Contact form messages are kept in the archive for a reasonable period after being answered. Records subject to legal retention obligations are preserved for the relevant required period.

6. Your rights

Under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), you have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, object to its processing, and lodge a complaint. 7. Security

Passwords are irreversibly hashed, administrative operations are recorded in an audit log, and access to the management panel and member-exclusive content undergoes server-side authorization checks. Nevertheless, no transmission over the internet can be claimed to be 100% secure.

8. Age limit

The platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and data is not knowingly collected from this age group.

9. Changes

When this policy is updated, the "last updated" date on this page will change. In the event of significant changes, additional notification will be provided via the website.
