KVKK Privacy Notice

This text has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

1. Data controller

The data controller is the business offering the OranAnalizTV service via the domain name iddaaorananalizi.com. Please refer to our contact page for application and contact channels.

2. Personal data processed

• Identity and contact: full name, email address, phone number
• Customer transactions: subscription plan, subscription start/end date, subscription history, payment request record
• Transaction security: irreversible hash of your password, last login date, session information, server access logs (IP, date, request)
• Requests/complaints: content of the message you transmit via the contact form
• Non-marketing technical: browser notification subscription information if you have granted notification permission

Credit card and debit card information is in no way collected or stored.

3. Purposes of processing

Establishment and performance of the membership agreement, management of VIP content access, evaluation of payment requests, responding to requests and complaints, ensuring information security, and fulfillment of legal obligations.

4. Legal grounds

Your data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK based on the legal grounds of being necessary for the establishment and performance of a contract, fulfillment of a legal obligation, legitimate interest (security and service quality), and your explicit consent (notification permissions, analytics, and advertising cookies).

5. Transfer of data

Data is transferred to infrastructure providers from whom we receive hosting and security services, and to Google, from whom we receive analytics and advertising services, to the extent required by the service. Transfers to authorized public institutions are carried out only when legally mandatory. Other than this, it is not shared with or sold to third parties.

6. Collection method

Data is collected electronically via the registration form, login process, membership/payment request workflow, contact form, and automated server logs.

7. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the rights to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, to request correction if it is processed incompletely or inaccurately, to request its deletion or destruction, to request notification of these operations to third parties to whom data has been transferred, to object to the occurrence of a result against you exclusively through analysis by automated systems, and to demand compensation for damages in case you suffer damage.

8. Application

You can submit your requests regarding your rights through the channels on our contact page. Your applications will be concluded within 30 days at the latest.
