Data Usage Terms
Last updated: September 9, 2026
This page explains where the match, odds and statistics data published on OranAnalizTV come from, which part of it belongs to this site, and under which conditions you may use this content.
It does not replace the site-wide Terms of Use; it makes them concrete on the data side. Current figures on data coverage are published on the Data Centre page.
1. What this page defines
The data pages on this site publish a machine-readable dataset description so that search engines and automated clients can read it. The licence field of that description points to this page.
In one sentence: this page describes the terms of use of the archive; it is not a document that distributes the archive under an open licence.
2. The raw data does not belong to this site
The raw records in the archive are compiled from third-party sources:
- Opening odds — imported from the official bulletin files of the iddaa bulletin.
- Closing odds — read from the Mackolik archive page, following that site's own rules.
- Match results — mostly come from the same bulletin files; missing records are completed via API-Football, and a small number of records are entered manually.
- Team and league names — stored as spelled in the source files.
OranAnalizTV is neither the producer nor the owner of this raw data. No claim is made to any right to license, sub-license or re-license this data to third parties. If you want to use the raw data in your own project, you need to obtain the right from the relevant source.
This page also does not change or extend the terms of use of those sources.
3. The layer OranAnalizTV produces
The derived layer built on top of the raw records is this site's own work:
- odds grouping and band definitions,
- sample selection and sample-size rules,
- hit rates, base rates and deviation-from-base calculations,
- confidence interval and ranking score calculations,
- outcome distributions, comparison tables and the texts that explain them,
- page layout, category structure and explanatory content.
How this layer is produced is described on the Editorial and Corrections Policy page.
4. Republication and bulk use
The content of the site — both the raw records and the derived statistics — may not be harvested in bulk, copied, republished or used commercially. Bulk data extraction with automated tools (scraping) and republishing the pages are prohibited.
The archive is not offered as a downloadable data file; there is no bulk download, export or data-service connection. Some analysis screens on the site require membership.
5. Short quotation and attribution
Individual numbers, table rows or sentences may be quoted briefly with the source and a link. When attributing:
- link directly to the relevant page,
- do not separate the number from its context and sample information,
- state the date on which the number was read — the archive is updated regularly and the same number may change on later days.
6. There is no open licence
No open licence such as Creative Commons, MIT, GPL or similar is declared for this archive. Such a licence is not a right that can be granted, because the raw data belongs to third parties. No right of use beyond what is written on this page should be assumed.
If you have a request for commercial use, a data partnership or a different scope of use, you can write to us via the Contact page; the request will be evaluated separately.
7. Accuracy and liability
The data is compiled carefully, but there is no guarantee that it is free of omissions, delays or errors. If you think a number is wrong, you can report it via the Contact page.
The content is for information and data analysis purposes; it is not investment advice or a guarantee of winnings. This site does not run betting, does not accept bets and does not refer anyone to any betting company.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is always published on this page and the date at the top of the page is updated.
