Since Fenerbahçe Futbol AŞ is a publicly traded company, it is essential that the public and investors are informed accurately; the dissemination of misleading information with fake documents regarding our company's financial transactions is unacceptable.

An application has been made to the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against the individuals who produced and circulated the document in question, as well as all identified persons, particularly Necati Ateş, who made false statements based on this document.

We also invite the Capital Markets Board to carry out the necessary investigations regarding the individuals who produced and circulated this fake document that could mislead investors about our publicly traded company, and to initiate legal action within their authority.".
